Susan Gobreski, Partner

Susan Gobreski is a 25+ year career advocate focused on campaign strategies and program development for improving public policy around equity, opportunity and quality of life issues, such as economic opportunity, democracy and education. That work has been centered on integrating policy analysis and implementation with public engagement and organizing, and has included extensive coalition work, issue focused election engagement and leadership development and training for individuals and organizations.

Susan was recognized on City and State PA’s first “Above and Beyond” Power List, recognizing 40 women across Pennsylvania who lead in sectors including government, business and organizations. Her mother and daughters are very proud! (Her husband is too!)

Eddy Foster,
Partner

Eddy has two decades of experience in campaign management, data analysis, and strategic consulting. He recently completed a five-year engagement as the Data Director for America Votes Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he ran campaigns at all levels of the ballot, including two stints on President Obama’s campaigns. Eddy also has extensive experience in the LGBT rights movement, including working to pass a statewide non-discrimination law in Pennsylvania and running a successful student-based campaign to pass Marriage Equality in Vermont.

Octavia Geiger

(she/they)


Octavia brings experience in spatial and data analysis, public policy, housing policy, community development, and research. They graduated with honors in historical and political studies from Arcadia University, and then worked in the legal non-profit field for several years before going to graduate school. In 2022, she graduated from Temple University with a Masters of Public Policy (MPP). At Temple, they focused on quantitative analysis, community development, and socio-political issues that affect marginalized people. 


During their tenure at Temple, they were a policy solutions intern at Reinvestment Fund. and stayed on as a policy consultant post graduation. At Reinvestment Fund, a community development financial institution, they honed their data and spatial analysis skills and worked on projects such as the evaluation of the Eviction Diversion program in Philadelphia, and a report on examining the accuracy, uniformity & equity of Philadelphia’s real estate tax assessments.
